The IPSF EuRO Regional Working Group (RWG) are the team which leads the Regional Office. They consist of the IPSF EuRO Chairperson, Secretary, Regional Media and Publications Officer, Regional Relations Office, Regional Projects Officer, Chairperson of the European Regional Symposium and Immediate Past Chairperson of EuRO. They are elected during the IPSF EuRO Regional Assembly, and lead a dedicated IPSF EuRO Subcommittee team. The RWG lead the unique projects, policy initiatives, partnerships and more opportunities that IPSF EuRO offers to its members.

The IPSF Chairperson of the European Regional Office leads the Regional Office as the Regional Working Group leader and an activity IPSF Executive Committee member. They oversee regional projects, ensure financial stability, and foster strong relations with student and professional organisations. Furthermore, the IPSF EuRO Chairperson leads strategic initiatives, represents IPSF at external events, and collaborates with team members. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

The IPSF EuRO Secretary supports the Chairperson, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing meetings. They coordinate with team members and maintain communication channels. Proficiency in English and organisational skills are essential.

The IPSF EuRO Regional Media and Publications Officer develops promotional strategies, manages publications and visual content, and oversees social media. They collaborate with team members, maintain branding consistency. Proficiency in graphic design, English language, and communication skills are crucial.

The IPSF EuRO Regional Relations Officer manages internal and external relations, fosters collaboration with member organisations by promoting IPSF. They coordinate with team members, seek sponsorship opportunities, and maintain contact with stakeholders. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.

The IPSF EuRO Regional Projects Officer coordinates IPSF projects in the European region, collaborates with relevant committees, and promotes approved projects. They work closely with team members, Member Organisations, and the RMPO Team. Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills are vital.

The IPSF Chairperson of the European Regional Symposium organises the regional office's flagship event, the European Regional Symposium, which takes place each July. They lead a dedicated Reception Committee and bring all of IPSF EuRO's members together for the Regional Assembly and other exciting symposium sessions!

The IPSF EuRO Immediate Past Chairperson supports the current Chairperson and the RWG throughout the mandate, offering their expertise and insights to guide the team to successful outcomes.
